Precautions:

1. Ink: Before use, users must evaluate the air drying facilities of the printing machine, the number of roller mesh, depth, and substrate characteristics to confirm the applicability of ink products.

2. The main solvent for ink products is soft water, and it is recommended to add no more than 5%.

When using our company's products, we should avoid mixing them with products from other manufacturers to ensure that the basic physical properties of the products are not affected.

4. If too many bubbles are generated during use, our company's defoamer can be used to adjust, and the printing viscosity can be adjusted with 110/gold oil and thickener.

5. When users use light color inking, they should choose a color system with a weather resistance level of seven or higher for yellow and red to prevent fading of the finished product due to light exposure.

6. WFP water-based adhesive treatment agent. Before use, evaluate the air drying facility before testing its applicability. After applying the adhesive, wait for the back coating treatment agent to completely dry. Any residual moisture can cause bonding cracks or non adhesion. When using, please determine the optimal drying conditions based on the initial test results. Uneven or excessive application of the adhesive will cause bonding defects. After applying the adhesive, it is necessary to thoroughly dry before rolling up the substrate.

7. This product belongs to water ink and has been stored in a cool and dry environment (15 ℃ -25 ℃) in an original sealed container for 6 months since the date of shipment. Pay attention to frost and freezing prevention.

PVC decorating material printing water ink

1、 Printing form
Mainly used for water-based gravure machine printing and coating ink for PVC plastic lamination and embossing processing.




2、 Product characteristics and application scope
WPV series ink wash
WTL series ink wash
Application scope: WTL ink is mainly used in water-based gravure printing machines for PVC edge banding, and is used in conjunction with surface coating of water-based UV polishing gold oil or PU polishing oil.
Product characteristics:
1. It is water-based ink with high environmental requirements, without pungent odor or harmful substances.
2. Excellent adhesion, with strong adhesion between ink and PVC material after complete drying and maturation.
3. Specially selected high-quality color materials, with bright colors and excellent weather resistance.
4. Meet the conditions for water-based printing, and the product has high clarity in the network layer.
5. Moderately excellent printing, stable printing process for a long time with small color difference, fast drying without sticking.

Application scope: Environmentally friendly water-based ink products developed for printing wall decoration materials. Suitable for various types of printable wallpaper substrates, including wallpaper, such as PVC foam wallpaper, wallpaper, or paper based wallpaper, such as non-woven fabric, coated paper, etc.
Product characteristics:
1. Good adhesion fastness, excellent dry and wet washing resistance, excellent weather resistance, and good color fastness.
2. The surface of the ink layer is smooth and does not stick.
3. Good printing flatness and clear pattern hierarchy.
4. Good ink transfer performance in printing, no color loss during long-term printing.

WVP series ink wash
Application scope: Developed for environmentally friendly ink for PVC film decorative materials.
Product characteristics:
1. It is an environmentally friendly product, free from pungent odor and harmful substances.
2. Excellent adhesion, with strong adhesion between ink and PVC film after complete drying.
3. Excellent light and heat resistance, high pressure bonding strength.
4. Meet the conditions for water-based printing, and the product has high clarity in the network layer.
5. Good printing stability, long-term printing without color fading.


Application scope: Apply PVC film bonding agent.
Product characteristics:
1. It is an environmentally friendly product, free from pungent odor and harmful substances.
2. Excellent adhesion and PVC film adhesion strength.
3. This product has high requirements for coating and drying facilities, and the treatment agent needs to be thoroughly dried after coating.
