It is designed as one component moisture-cured reactive PUR hot melt adhesive.

It is mainly applied for particle board,MDF, melamine, aluminium panel, wood bonding with PVC, ABS, CPL etc and with perfect72 hours no-clean performance   

It is a solvent-free 100% solid active polyurethane prepolymer, it becomes liquid after melted, easy to use. After the two substrates bonded, an inert structure is formed by reacting

and cross-linking with the humidity in the air and the humidity attached to the surface of the bonded substrates. A high cohesive polymer is generated.

Its characteristics are with high reactivity,high initial tack, wide use. 

Suitable machine operation temperature: 120℃-160℃
