It is designed as one component moisture-cured reactive PUR hot melt adhesive

It is mainly applied for decorative panel lamination, such MDF, PVC foam board, aluminum board, particle board etc laminated with PVC, PET, acrylic, HPL, aluminum foil etc, also suitable for building insulation board such as aluminum board, calcium silicate board etc laminated on rock wool board and EPS foam board etc.

It is a solvent-free 100% solid active polyurethane prepolymer, it becomes liquid after melted, easy to use. After the two substrates bonded, an inert structure is formed by reacting and cross-linking with the humidity in the air and the humidity attached to the surface of the bonded substrates. A high cohesive polymer is generated.

It features with high reactivity,high initial tack, wide use. 

Suitable machine operation temperature: 120℃-140℃
