Precautions
► The product is water-based ink which needed to be equipped with drying equipment. The end user must evaluate the drying conditions, the printing plate roller of the machine and the post processing conditions to ensure the applicability before using.
► Do not mix inks from other suppliers to maintain the basic physical properties and not be affected.
► Before background printing, please use MEK to wipe the surface (free plasticizer removed) to ensure good adhension.
► Please choose light color inks for printing with weather testing result above class 7. If use normal grade light color inks, we will not take responsibilities of color fading.
► We suggest that do not add more than 5% deionized water or dilute with alcohol directly to reduce the adhesion fastness and fixation performance.
► Adding over volume deionized water will affecting drying speed of printing. Adding alcohol may cause problems such as granules.
Storage
► Quality guarantee period of unopened package: 6 months.
► When this product is not used up, it is necessary to close the lid of the barrel to avoid abnormal phenomenon of bean curd residue caused by volatilization of effective substances in the formula.
► Need to use PP barrel to preserve the redundant ink, our company will not take consequences on ink rusting and deterioration.
► Storage temperature: 10℃-35℃.
