
VPA/ VP series inks are suitable for PVC decorative materials, especially for products with high light resistance, heat resistance and high molding extension requirements (PVC materials coated with blister process, such as wood grain door panel, table, furniture, etc.)

• The products have good light resistance, high pressure bonding strength (especially suitable for thick film products), good printability, small contrasts after hot pressing, and no color changing during the printing process (need to be noticed that to match suitable solvents), which can effectively reduce the defect rate of products

Suggestions for using
• Stir the original ink to even before using, then mix with diluent to adjust the ink to suitable viscosity. Choose the right solvents accordingly to facts, like the soft hardness of materials, printing speed and drying efficiency (oven length and blowing capacity) and etc. Or the end user can choose the special slow/medium/fast drying solvents which supplied by our company.
• Normally, faster print speed asks low viscosity, low speed asks higher viscosity. Take 60-70m/min for example, the ink viscosity needed to be controlled within 18- 20s/min(ZAHN 3#Cup).
• When we print on the thin films, please avoid to use slow volatilization solvents, so as to avoid the expansion or wrinkling due to the solvent corrosion.
• It's necessary to use at least 5% of transparent gold oil during ink adjusting, to ensure the ink maintains basic physical properties.
• Ink viscosity, printing speed, solvent solubility, scraper angle and plate roller pressure are the main factors which affect the ink printing.
• Generally, the thickness of PVC film of VP series ink substrate is 0.05mm-0.15mm, the width is 940mm-1620mm, package by roll length is 200m-1000m.
• Comment printing machine: connecting type (direct lamination after printing, at a speed of 40-50m/min), segmented type (at a speed of 100m/min).
