As the surface protective coating, the product is widely used in the and coating of PVC, ABS edge band. According to the needs of glossiness, it can be mixed by different proportion to affect from mirror high gloss to elegant matt and other required glossiness.

RemarksItem name with ending letter **N" is non-solvent type products. With "NH" is non-solvent and anti-yellowish products. Ending name letter with "A" is solvent-based products. If without letter "N" or "A", the item is belongs to former formular.


Suggestions for using


 Sufficient curing energy should be ensured for the products to be used. Poor curing caused by insufficient lamp power and aging lamp tube will lead to poor adhesion and surface scratch resistance problems.

 If need to be diluted with solvents, we recommend to add fast drying solvents, such as acetone, butanone, ethyl acetate, etc. Then after printing, the solvents should be evaporated through drying channel, and then cured by lamps to ensure the final curing effect.

 Before the very beginning of substrate printing, it needs to use butanone and other fast drying solvents with strong solubility to remove the plasticizer and paraffin on the surface, to avoid poor adhesion and other problems.

 End user can mix matt UV and high gloss UV to adjust to required glossiness.

 We recommend to use NH yellow resistant products if printing on white or light color substrates, or which have high requirements for yellowing resistance.

 Avoid direct skin contacting, so as to avoid skin allergy. If touching, please clean and dry it with clean water for at least 15 minutes, or go to hospital as soon as possible.

 

Storage & Packaging


• The products should be stored in a black airtight container. And strictly forbidden to store in the open under sunlight or high temperature for a long time. Otherwise, it is easy to cause solidify problems.
