Mainly used as primer for plastic and plastic film, especially for PVC film and PVC edge banding which need to be bonded with hot melt glue or opal glue. It also can be used for ABS and other kind of plastic products.

Suggestions for using
♦ PVC edge banding need to be full dried after cooling from extrusion or calendering. Then use 80 mesh roller to coat with the VFP treatment of our company.
♦ In summer, we suggest to add butanone at a ratio of 2:1 (VFP treatment: MEK), and better to add 10-15% slow drying agent in the MEK.
♦ In winter, we suggest to add at a ratio of 3:1 (VFP treatment: MEK), the higher purity of MEK, the better effect.
♦ For high PVC content like 4:1, or nano calcium involved edge banding, it need to reduce the solvent dilution to avoid using effect.
♦ If solvent added, stir it well with products to avoid any bad coating effect.
Precautions
• Immediately sealing after using to avoid surface drying and crusting.
• Keep ventilation, no fireworks.
Storage & Logistics
• Quality guarantee period of unopened package: 6 months.
• Keep cool and dry storage at temperature of 5 C-40 C, avoid direct sunlight, and keep distance from fire and heat.
