VA/VA-F series products are mainly printed on the surface of edge bandings, which were made by PVC or ABS mixtures from extruding or calendaring equipment. After the ink printing, the edge banding can be printed with UV varnish on the surface.
Product features
• High quality pigments with bright color and good weather resistant abilities
• Clear layer gradation of pattern
• Quick-drying and perfectly suitable for high-speed printing operation
• Resistant to plasticizer migration, duplicable but free from ink removal
• Stable performance during long-time printing

Suggestions for using
• Stir the original ink to even before dilution, use VA-110 Gold Oil or other solvents as diluent to adjust the ink to suitable viscosity. The viscosity also decides the speed of ink printing, the user should adjust the viscosity according to the printing speed.
• Normally, the ink printing speed should be at 30-50m/min, if faster, then asks low viscosity, low speed asks higher viscosity.
• Due to high volatilization of solvents in summer, we recommend to use slow-drying diluent to dilute. And on the opposition, in winter, we suggest to use fast-drying diluent for low temperature of low volatilization.
• For special ink as metallic ink and pearl powder ink and other, we supply dedicated gold oil to mix. It can maintain the basic physical properties of ink materials and will have excellent performance of more full and multi-leveling.
